Welcome to IMGA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IMGA mobile application ("App") provided by Asatwo Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using IMGA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IMGA, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

2. Description of Service

IMGA is an invoice creation application designed to help you:

• Create professional invoices quickly
• Manage business and client profiles
• Choose from multiple invoice templates
• Export and share invoices as PDF
• Track invoice status

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

IMGA offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Weekly: $7.99 USD per week (or $4.99 USD per week without free trial)
• Monthly: $12.99 USD per month
• Annual: $49.99 USD per year

A 3-day free trial is available with the Weekly subscription option. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings

3.3 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information entered into invoices
• Compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your business and client information
• Using the App in accordance with all applicable laws
• Any invoices you create and send using the App

5. User Data

5.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create in the App, including:

• Business profile information
• Client/customer profiles
• Invoice content and history
• Uploaded logos and images

5.2 Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your invoices or business information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

IMGA, including all content, features, templates, and functionality, is owned by Asatwo Pty Ltd and protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Other intellectual property rights

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the App for personal and business purposes
• Create invoices using the provided templates
• Access App features in accordance with these Terms

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute invoice templates

7. Disclaimers

7.1 "As Is" Basis

IMGA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7.2 No Professional Advice

IMGA is a tool for creating invoices. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asatwo Pty Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Errors or inaccuracies in invoices you create
• Any disputes between you and your clients

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel your subscription, use your App Store account settings.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the App

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• Significant changes will be notified through the App
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, subject to applicable jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
