Welcome to Ajr Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ajr Pro mobile application ("App") provided by Asatwo Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Ajr Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ajr Pro, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

2. Account Registration

To use Ajr Pro, you must create an account by providing:

You must verify your email address to access full app functionality. Unverified accounts may have limited features.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Permitted Use

Ajr Pro is designed to help you:

• Track Islamic habits and spiritual practices
• Set and receive reminders for your habits
• View your progress and statistics
• Manage prayer and fasting exemptions

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

4. User Content

4.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create in the App, including:

• Habit tracking data
• Completion records
• Personal preferences
• Profile information

4.2 License to Use Your Data

By using Ajr Pro, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the App's functionality
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements
• Back up your data for disaster recovery purposes

4.3 Community Features (Future)

If you participate in community features (when available), you grant us the right to display your shared content within the App.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

Ajr Pro, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AsaTwo Pty Ltd and protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Other intellectual property rights

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access App features in accordance with these Terms

5.3 Trademarks

"Ajr Pro" and related logos are trademarks of AsaTwo Pty Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Ajr Pro uses third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and cloud functions
• Expo: App development platform
• Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Notifications

7.1 Push Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive:

• Habit reminders at scheduled times
• Progress updates and achievements
• Important app announcements

7.2 Opting Out

You can disable notifications at any time through:

• App settings
• Device notification settings

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Current Status: Ajr Pro is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Payments will be processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds will follow Apple's refund policy

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "As Is" Basis

Ajr Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10.2 No Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical advice. Exemption features are for personal tracking only and should not replace consultation with healthcare professionals.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsaTwo Pty Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages caused by third-party services or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently $0 for free users).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AsaTwo Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your use of the App
• Content you submit to the App

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the App settings
• Contacting us at ajrpro@asatwo.com

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the App

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You may request a copy of your data before deletion

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• Significant changes will be notified through the App or email
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

15. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature or functionality
• Update the App to fix bugs or improve performance
• Change pricing for future features

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, subject to applicable jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us at ajrpro@asatwo.com to attempt informal resolution.

17.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian law, except where prohibited by law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AsaTwo Pty Ltd regarding your use of Ajr Pro.
